Shipping Policy

Due to the size, weight, value, and sensitivity of Unitree Robotics products and related equipment, these items may be shipped via LTL freight or parcel carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers. Go Ai Bot LLC suppliers reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and method at its sole discretion to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is exclusively determined by Go AI Bot LLC suppliers and Shippers.  Please contact us for any return or returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required.

Definition of "Used"

An item is considered used and is not eligible for return if any of the following apply:

  • The product has been removed from factory packaging

  • The product has been powered on

  • The product shows damage, including cosmetic damage

  • Any seals, void stickers, labels, or protective packaging have been removed, broken, or altered

Restocking Fee

  • Once an item has shipped (has left the warehouse), all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • If a cancellation or return request is received before shipment, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fee. Refunds will occur within 24 hours and take 3–5 business days to reflect on your payment statement.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at goaibotllc@gmail.com  within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide return information and instructions so the unit can be returned back to the shipper or manufacture. Return shipping costs will be paid by buyer without exception.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at goaibotllc@gmail.com  so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For freight or LTL deliveries, customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment at delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt prior to acceptance. Failure to note damage at delivery may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or special-order products, including items built, configured, or modified specifically for a customer (custom software, hardware configurations, branding, etc.)

  • Personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Returned items must be unused, in original factory packaging, and include proof of purchase. All other eligibility conditions outlined in this policy still apply, including inspection and condition requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we or the shipper or manufacture will notify you of your return status.

Binding Terms

By placing an order with Go Ai Bot LLC, you acknowledge and agree that these shipping, return, refund, restocking, and inspection terms are binding upon purchase.
